Bell Earrings---Motif # 3

Finally, after getting plenty of hic-ups from selecting color and beads to tying up the ends, I finished bell earrings (these will be motif # 3 for my 25 motif Challenge). Picture shows work in progress for my second earring. I can say it was a fun project to modify according to needs. If someone is interested in pattern please let me know and I can post it or send it to you directly. I will appreciate your feedback. Once again thanks for all your comments and suggestion and Welcome back to my blog!!!!

I hope to post my next one soon. See ya!!

These are lovely! Isn't Yarnplayer's pattern beautiful!? You did a great job.

I like the way you flipped the chains around - and the colors are lovely for your earrings - nice job!

Thanks, everyone for your nice comments! One thing that I struggle though is hiding ends and starting with new thread in between your work. I did struggle with these two things while working on this project! I would love to hear your insights.

I also like how you flipped the chains to the inside, and added the dangle in the middle. Very nice job!

One way of dealing with ends is "Lily's Way", instructions are found at http://www.frontiernet.net/~TammyRodgers/lilys_way.html

Thanks, Marilee!!!

BTW, I can't get to the URL that you recommended for hiding ends technique. Can you please resend it to me? I would really appreciate!

Ok, maybe this URL will work - the page about hiding ends "Lily's Way" is on this site
http://www.frontiernet.net/~TammyRodgers/index.shtml
Look under "techniques".
